Hey babes! My name is Liz and I, like you, am navigating this period of isolation day-by-day. I created this website with the hope that you would come here for a brain break. In no way does that mean that you should come here to be mindless; in fact, I’m aiming for the exact opposite. I hope to pry your minds away from work for a bit, and help you focus on something, anything, else—from a thought provoking article, to my favorite Instagram workouts.
While there is no right answer for how to handle everything going on in the world right now, and everyone handles stressful times differently (which is so special!), I thought it may be helpful for some if I compiled things that have helped me (try to) thrive in our new normal. More than anything, I hope you learn something about yourself, and the world, from my site.
