BB Playlist: HIIT Jamz

Queens, I recently decided that I want to take up running. Or, at least, some sort of walking-to-jogging interval training. This is as much to do with Nicole’s fantastic article from May, as it is with my boyfriend’s relentless requests to “run together.” I’m a face-sweater, Matt! Regardless, my runner friends always tell me that running is therapeutic and it clears your mind. NEED some of that right now! Things are still so, so very shitty. And if I’ve learned anything during this pandemic, it’s that the power of exercise and endorphins can completely transform a sour attitude. While normally I would go the boxing route to get a high-intensity sweat in, with my good pal Bas Rutten, I’m going to take this pump up // rock out playlist on a lil’ journey. Thank lordt Beyoncé, Gaga, and Demi will be with me every step of the way—would never entertain this idea without a savage playlist. Hope it gets you all movin,’ too!
